Fault 4

Fault 4 is a product code issue. The system might have 'lost' your product.


How to check if your 'products' (accessories) are set correctly.

It may be able to be fixed by doing following.

 

Take the controller of the wall and flick the no 1 switch on the back. This is the top tiny white switched located in the bottom left corner.

 

On the main menu (where you see the house)

  • Click the right hand arrow to enter the menu
  • Scroll down by the down arrow to installation
  • Press the right arrow
  • Scroll down to the second line - product
    • C - Ceiling (Ventis only)
    • CO - Outside (Ventis and Auto Cooler)
  • Make sure the products shown are what you actually have in the roof by selecting the correct codes.
  • Flick the switch on the back to 'normal running' mode before re-attaching the controller.


You also need to reboot the system by holding in the power button 3-5 seconds and the screen blacks out and reboots the controller.

 

If the fault doesn't clear repeat the process up to twice more and then reply to you case email to update us.

 

We will have to book in a customer service technician to come out and reprogram the controller. (Fees apply).
