If you experience the system cutting out
Before we come out please check following.
- That the power is connected to the Ventis in the roof (check that the plug is plugged in)
- Check your circuit board to make sure that nothing is switched off
Have
you had any trades people, electricians changing any electrical cabling
that may have changed the electrical configuration so that is no long
power to the power point that the Ventis is connected to?
If there you have checked all of the above and the controller is still blank you need to reply to your case email to update us.
We will have to book in a customer service technician to come out reprogram/replace the SCU & Controller (fees apply)
