Fault 114 & 115
is an issue that has to do with your damper on your auto cooler.
It can be cleared by doing following
On the main menu (where you see the house)
- click the right hand arrow to enter the menu
- Scroll down by the down arrow to installation
- Press the right arrow
- First line shows 'Fault Code 114 / 115
- Clear the fault by clicking right hand arrow.
Please note that the system might reboot to refresh.
If the fault reoccurs, please reply to you case email and update us.
We will have to book in a customer service technician to come out and
update the software in your controller (fees apply).
