1. Press the top button of your envoy (below the cell phone icon) 

2. Use a smartphone or laptop to find the wifi network called "envoy-*last 6 digits of the envoy serial number*" 

3. Launch a web browser and type in "172.30.1.1" into the address bar and hit enter 

4.Once the page loads, it will prompt you for a username and password. Username is "envoy" and password is the last 6 digits of the Envoy serial number.

5.Navigate to the "Monitoring" tab and click on the name of your home wifi. Type in the wifi password (please note if the system had an old wifi connected need to forget old network first)

6. Wait up to 10 minutes for the envoy to connect with your home wifi. 

 

When successfully connected, the top LED light next to the cloud icon should stay solid green.

99% of the time when you see this error message the panels will still be producing power. It is just not reporting to the envoy. Solar technician to go out and rectify issue.
