If you have purchased a house with a solar system that is being monitored by Enphase Energy you need to transfer the ownership of the solar system (and warranty) to you. to do so follow process below.
There is a cost of $199 to Enphase.
go to
www.enphase.com/au
clik support
then support services
scroll down the transfer ownership
click create new account
Once account has been created, you need to add the system number (the envoy no) and pay the $199 and you will get the credentials to login.
Please make sure that you advise your energy provider that you have a solar system so you can get some credits for the energy you produce.
