Fault 3 is an SD card not found error.
Take the controller of the wall, take the SD card out
and wipe the SD card and the controller with a lint free cloth. Put it
back in and re attach the controller to the wall and then do a 'forced'
system reboot.
Do this by holding in the power button 3-5 seconds and the screen blacks out and reboots the controller
If fault still persists please run through the steps above again
