Fault N3

This relates to an SD card issue.

 

1. Press the right arrow. Go to main menu. Go to Installation. Press right arrow. Is an error message there?
2. Reboot system. Check whether N3 is still on controller
3. If it is, remove controller from the wall, Remove SD card and clean with a lint free cloth. Put SD card back in. Check system for N3 code.
4. If still there, you can de-attach the blue cable from back of controller, Remove and clean SD Card again. Reinsert SD card and plug cable back into system.

If error code still there. Ventis technician will need to come out and check SCU & GUI
