Fault 101 or 102 is a software communication issue, the SCU (brain) and the controller aren't communicating.
It can be cleared by doing following
On the main menu (where you see the house)
- click the right hand arrow to enter the menu
- Scroll down by the down arrow to installation
- Press the right arrow
- First line shows 'Fault Code 101 / 102'
- Clear the fault by clicking right hand arrow.
Please note that the system might reboot to refresh.

update the software your controller and or the SCU (fees apply)
