Fault 11
is an SD card error which can be caused by different things. System could also
display 'No file'
It may
be able to be cleared by doing following.
On the main menu (where you see the house)
- click the right
hand arrow to enter the menu
- Scroll down by
the down arrow to installation
- Press the right
arrow
- First line
shows 'Fault Code 1,5 or 11'
- Clear the fault
by clicking right hand arrow.
Please
note that the system might reboot to refresh.
You can
also try and take the controller of the wall,
- To remove the
controller fascia cover it is recommended to place pressure on the
controller above the up button whilst attempting to remove the cover at
either the top or the bottom, never in the middle. This will enable the
cover to be removed whilst the controller remains in place without
damaging the controller fixings or wall. The controller then needs to be
removed from the wall.
- Once the SD
card has been removed and clean it with a lint free cloth, the blue data
cable at the rear of the controller must be unplugged fully, and then
reconnected before the SD card is reinserted. This enables the system to
perform a reboot. Note the use of a hard reset by pressing and holding the
power button for three seconds doesn’t enable a full reboot, and this is
why the data cable must be unplugged.
A fault 11 may also be caused because the system cannot
find where to draw air from due to the inability to read temperature and
relative humidity in the roof cavity (and outside if customer has an Auto
cooler accessory.

Ensure a temperature reading for roof cavity (and outside
if applicable) is on the main screen. For earlier software version you may have
to press the left arrow located at the bottom of the controller.

Next press left arrow once and you will see “HUM RH” at the
top of the screen. Ensure a relative humidity is displayed in the roof cavity
(& outside if applicable).
If the temperature and/or relative humidity is not
displayed the applicable temperature sensor may have failed. If the software
version on the controller is before 2.43, the controller will need to be
replaced with the the current version (ie 2.45). You can find the software
version at the bottom of the installation page in the main menu
If the
fault doesn't clear after the second time, please reply to you case email and
update us.
We will have to book in a customer service technician
to come out and update the controller / SD card (fees apply).
