Fault 12 is a No 'Valid Air Source Selected' issue.
It may be able to be cleared by doing following.
On the main menu (where you see the house)
- Click the right-hand arrow to enter the menu
- Right click again to enter modes
- Press the right arrow
- Check what modes is on and off e.g. Heating
off, cooling off, Ventilation off
- one of the modes have to be on for the system
to be working.
- Click the left-hand arrow to return to the main menu.
You may have to clear the fault as well.
- click the right hand arrow to enter
the menu
- Scroll down by the down arrow to
installation
- Press the right arrow
- First line shows 'Fault Code 12'
- Clear the fault by clicking right hand
arrow.
If the fault doesn't clear, please reply to you case email and
update us.
