It may be able to be cleared by doing following.
On the main menu (where you see the house)
- click the right hand arrow to enter the menu
- Scroll down by the down arrow to installation
- Press the right arrow
- First line shows 'Fault Code 2'
- Clear the fault by clicking right hand arrow.
Please note that the system might reboot to refresh.
If the fault doesn't clear, please reply to you case email and update us.
We will have to book in a customer service technician to come out and replace the data cable and or the controller if required
(fees apply).
